Please note: All Products in this website that carry a guarantee or warranty, such guarantee or warranty are against failure through factory faul and/or materials.

GUARANTEE:   

1. All Batteries are guaranteed ONLY against failure through faulty workmanship or materials for a period of:

• Twelve Months - Ama Batteries and Taurus maintanance batteries.
• Six Months - Reconditioned Batteries.
• 18 Months - Ama Battery MF.
• 1Year - Ama Battery Commercial MF.
• 18 Months - Taurus MF Batteries.
• 1 Year - Taurus Commercial MF.
• Two Years  - on Selected Enertec and Deltec batteries.
• Six Months  -  Motorcycle Batteries.

All claimed batteries when replaced, is a full and final settlement of claim and can not be claimed again. CLAIMS WILL ONLY BE ENTERTAINED WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL INVOICE.    

2. All faulty Ama Battery and Taurus batteries will be replaced after charging period of 24 hours on Ama Battery's    chargers for report purposes to factory. All Faulty Enertec and Deltec batteries must be charged and tested by     Suppliers. To claim will take approximately two weeks.
3. Ama Battery cc  reserves the right to send a batteries to the factory for a report in case of any doubt concerning claim.
4. The guarantee does not cover battery with damaged or skew terminals, neglect, abuse, overcharging/undercharging due to faulty electrical system nor the installation of a battery below the capacity specified in our official and published specification list. Warrenty will be void if stickers are torn off on mf batteries.
5. The batteries water level on our maintanance batteries must be checked every 30 days and topped up with distilled water to specified levels DO NOT OVERFILL OUR MAINTANANCE BATTERIES!! as it will cause leaking. Guarantee will be void by using tap water/kettel water etc  and overfilling.
6. Solar batteries, Solar pannels and inverters warranty will be void if not installed by Ama Battery's approved Qualified Technician.
7. Ownership of the goods remain vested in the seller until paid in full. Should payment of the purchased price not be effect on due date the company shall be entitled to reclaim possession of the goods.    
8. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON PURCHASED BATTERIES as the battery is already marked for warranty purposes and can not be sold again.
9. Goods will only be released when EFT payment reflects in Ama Battery's bank account.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPOSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY ANY POSSIBLE FAILURE OR DEFECT OF AUTOMOTIVE BATTERIES, SOLAR BATTERIES, SOLAR PANELS AND OR INVERTERS OR INSTALLATIONS THEIR OFF.
